Any damages to the products during shipment will not be our responsibility and claims for such goods will not be entertained.
    • Reporting timeframe: To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the fault within 7 days of receiving the book. Please contact us via email at beyondbooks.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the fault.
    • Verification and replacement: Our team will verify the reported fault through photographs or video evidence. If confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same title at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty book before sending the replacement.

    • Items on Sale and Clearance: Items with struck down prices, second hand items and items on Clearance will not be returned or exchanged.
