Thank you for shopping at BeyondBooks.pk! We strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

Returns and Exchanges:

• Generally not accepted: Unless a book has a demonstrable fault as outlined below, once purchased, books cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures the integrity of our inventory and protects the rights of publishers and authors. Also due to absence of reverse logistics, imported articles are also neither exhangable nor refundable.

• Accepted for faults: We take great care with our products, but if you receive a book with a manufacturing fault such as misprinting, missing pages, or incorrect page order, you are eligible for a replacement of the same title. Any damages to the products during shipment will not be our responsibility and claims for such goods will not be entertained.

• Reporting timeframe: To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the fault within 7 days of receiving the book. Please contact us via email at beyondbooks.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the fault.

• Verification and replacement: Our team will verify the reported fault through photographs or video evidence. If confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same title at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty book before sending the replacement.
  
  
• Items on Sale and Clearance: Items with struck down prices, second hand items and items on Clearance will not be returned or exchanged. 

Exceptions and Exclusions:

• Visual confirmation: We encourage you to carefully review your order details and confirm the products before checkout. Our system performs a visual verification of all orders before dispatch, and this confirmation serves as your acceptance of the products' condition at the time of shipment.

• Shipping damage: BeyondBooks.pk takes no responsibility for damage or breakage of merchandise during shipping. We handle all articles with care and pack them securely to minimize the risk of damage. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier if you receive a damaged item.

• Product warranties: Some items may carry warranties from the manufacturer. In case of any issues with products under warranty, please contact the respective company directly.

Please note:

• This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on BeyondBooks.pk.

• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
• This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms set by respective institutions of Pakistan. 
• No waiver of any provision of this policy shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BeyondBooks.pk.
• If any provision of this policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
